This prestigious event, one of the world's top gatherings dedicated to food and nutrition, becomes the perfect stage Caseificio Ignalat's extensive range of fresh, aged, smoked cheeses and flagship specialities, including the Smoked Burrata, which recently garnered international recognition as a gourmet excellence.

Soft, creamy, and unmatched in flavor, Caseificio Ignalat's Smoked Burrata was recently awarded with the highest recognition at the prestigious Great Taste Awards, where the judges praised its rich aromatic and sensory profile.

The Great Taste Awards is one of the most renowned competitions globally and it is considered a reliable and respected accreditation scheme.

Out of the 13,672 products entered in 2024, only 266, or 1.95%, earned the coveted three stars. Among them, Ignalat’s Smoked Burrata was the only Italian cow’s milk cheese to achieve the highest score, an extraordinary result for such a prestigious competition.

The Great Taste stars are recognized internationally as marks of excellence and are highly sought after by food enthusiasts and retailers worldwide.
