Treccia di mozzarella

Treccia is one of the classic formats of Apulian Mozzarella.

A fresh stretched curd cheese which is hand-braided by our master cheesemakers, according to tradition. It is characterized by a fibrous but at the same time soft texture and a slightly salty taste.

A delicacy that perfectly combines with first courses, main courses, side dishes and salads.
