Smoked Silano is that ingredient which can’t be missing on the table.

One of the formats of the Apulian Scamorza, a typical semi-hard stretched curd cheese smoked in a wood chip oven, according to a natural and traditional method.

It has a bronze color and an elongated cylindrical shape, with a mild taste and a smoked aroma. Its great versatility makes it perfect as an ingredient in the preparation of salads, pasta-based first courses and main courses.
