Apulian Provolone is a milk masterpiece that speaks of craftsmanship.

A typical stretched curd cheese traditionally hand-shaped, which is aged for about 12 months.

It is characterized by a marked yellow color, a paste-like texture and a rich, sharp taste that makes it perfect for those who like bold flavors, accompanied by a glass of good wine or typical Apulian taralli.
