Burrata with black truffle is one of the gourmet variants of the classic Burrata.

A refined and consistent version of the most famous Apulian stretched curd cheese, where the inviting mozzarella puff wrapper, created by our cheesemakers, is stuffed with a soft heart of hand-frayed mozzarella pieces, cream and small pieces of 100% Italian black truffle, giving it an earthy and strong aroma.

This product is perfect to be eaten plain but can also be seasoned with extra-virgin olive oil or accompanied by salad, cherry tomatoes, bread or delicate ingredients.
