Burrata with chives is an unexpected variant of the classic Burrata.

A fresh and Mediterranean version of the most famous Apulian fresh spun dough cheese, in which the succulent mozzarella puff wrapper created by our cheesemakers is stuffed with a creamy heart of hand-frayed mozzarella pieces, cream and small pieces of chives, enhancing a consistent and pleasant taste.

This product is perfect to be eaten plain but can also be seasoned with extra-virgin olive oil or accompanied by salad, cherry tomatoes, bread or delicate ingredients.
