Cacioricotta

Apulian Cacioricotta is one of the cornerstone foods of this land.

Among aged cheeses, it is the most closely linked to our cheese-making tradition. A semi-hard cheese with a cylindrical shape, a bold and appetizing flavor, which we produce fresh or allow to age for a short period of time.

Usually, in our cuisine, it is consumed plain but also grated to season pasta, salads and pizzas.
