Smoked Fiordilatte preserves a distinctive flavor.

A typical Apulian cheese, with straw-yellow color, compact on the outside and soft on the inside, which has a rich and fulfilling aromatic-gustatory profile, thanks to the natural smoking process in a wood chip oven to which it is subjected.

The delicate aromatic notes reveal a pleasantly intense yet balanced taste. This makes it a versatile ingredient, to be consumed as an appetizer or added to various dishes, to give them a unique and unmistakable smoky touch.
